About The Role


  • Identify and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline.


  • Make cold calls and visit clients to make a deal.


  • Develop and maintain client relationships.


  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business.


  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.


  • Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.


  • Drive the end-to-end sales process.


  • Prepare and submit sales contracts.

Your Experience & Skills


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a BDR role in SaaS.


  • Experience working with Asana is an advantage.


  • English speaker, German is a plus.



  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility.


  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.


  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
