Key Responsibilities:


• Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts.


• Use monday.com to manage and track leads, prospects, and sales activities.


• Reach out to potential clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and

social media.


• Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.


• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.


• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.


• Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results.


• Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches on monday.com.

Your Experience & Skills


  • 2+ years of proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or

related industries.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on driving results and

exceeding targets.


  • Native Mandarin and English Speaker.


  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-

paced, dynamic environment.


  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.


  • Experience using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and

pipelines.
